1.1 Which size fits me?

2.1 How do I exchange an item?

2.2 How can I revoke my purchase?

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. You will find all details on the revocation provisions in our revocation instructions.

2.3 How do I change my shipping address?

In your customer account you can change or add your delivery and billing addresses or set a standard address.

2.4 What payment options are available?

Payment methods accepted on our website are bank cards (EC, Visa, MasterCard and American Express), PayPal or instant bank transfer.
You do not have the option on our website to pay for an order in multiple installments. Also a purchase on account is not possible.

3 Shipping
3.1 Which parcel service is used for delivery?

Shipment is via DHL GoGreen.
We ship an order climate neutrally by compensating for transport-related emissions through environmental projects.

3.2 What are the shipping costs?

The DHL package costs a fixed fee of €3.95 (return with costs).

3.3 How long is the delivery time?

Normally our packages are delivered within 3-5 working days.

3.4 Can I have my order delivered to a packstation?

You can easily and conveniently have an order delivered to a DHL packing station. All you have to do is specify the packing station as the delivery address.

3.5 Can I check the status of my shipment?

After the parcel has been handed over to DHL, you will receive your tracking code, which you can use to track the status of your shipment via www.dhl.de .

4 Returns & Refunds
4.1 What do I do if I want to return one or more items?

The reshipment of returns is free of charge for orders over 250€ from Germany. For orders under 250€, the customer bears the shipping and return costs themselves.

Return note: Please fill out the return note, which is supplied with the package.

Parcel stamp: Returns from Germany are subject to a charge for orders under 250€.

Submit: Please put the return note in the parcel, stick a parcel stamp on the parcel and send it to the post office.

4.2 My order value is over 250€. How do I get my parcel stamp?

If the value of your order exceeds 250€, we will cover the return costs. Please send us an e-mail to [email protected] . You will then receive your parcel stamp by e-mail.

4.3 When will my return be credited?

We will process your return immediately upon receiving it. We will then transfer the amount to your account as soon as possible.

4.4 Complaint

An article has been delivered defective? We are happy to check your complaint. Please send us your order number, a short description and a photo of the defect to [email protected]
